About 2007 Conference
There were twenty-three university presidents from different countries represented at the APAIE Conference & Exhibition in Singapore. There were 476 participants from 282 institutions representing 48 countries. "Keeping up on India" was the theme for the workshop. The conference topic, "The Asia Pacific Renaissance of Higher Education" spurred the panel discussions and the social functions. The participants departed Singapore satisfied and mentioned that APAIE is on the high road to enhancing the Asia Pacific region's academics which will represent them internationally.
