After considering what has been learned about current practices on Day One of the Conference as well as key ideas and directions from the analysis on Day Two, delegates had the opportunity to develop specific strategies under each theme to educate our staff and students to meet the challenges facing them in the years ahead.

At the end of the Conference, delegates were provided with information on how to keep the dialogue flowing. Delegates were given the opportunity to join a special interest group under their chosen theme. This special interest group allowed the continuation of discussion, as well as networking opportunities.
