Sponsorship

APAIE's conference and exhibition is expected to attract about 1000 attendees from more than 500 institutions representing 60 countries. Sponsors will have the opportunity to build brand identity with international educators from all over the world.

A number of different sponsorship options are available. As a sponsor you can choose a sponsorship package that suits your needs and preferences. Each sponsor will receive a valuable range of benefits within each specified sponsorship package.

Furniture Packages

Standard Scheme Shell Booth

APAIE 2011 Exhibition provides the standard booth scheme shell booths for all exhibitors. The standard booth size is 3m x 2m. (Please see the below illustration)

Item	Description
Walls	2.5m high, white hard walls with Aluminum frame.
Name Fascia	Exhibitor names will be shown with the computer-cut lettering. Each sign will be a maximum of 24 characters (spaces included)
Lighting	2x100 watt spotlights
Power	110V outlet with 500W equipped with each booth
Flooring	Carpet in the color of gray will be installed.

Complimentary Furniture Package

A complimentary furniture package is included in a standard booth area, which is 3M x 2M (6 sqm).
