APAIE 2013 is the perfect occasion to create, update and build relationships with professionals in international education. The conference will feature a large scale exhibition with over 100 booths at the AsiaWorld-Summit, AsiaWorld-Expo, Hong Kong. Exhibitors are requested to arrange booth payment by wire transfer. Booth will be assigned once the payment is settled and the payment record is sent to the APAIE Secretariat.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation of a booth booking must be made in writing to the APAIE Secretariat on or before 31 December 2012.
- Cancellations are subject to a 50% penalty of the total rental for the exhibit booth. Thereafter, the full amount will be charged.
- A processing fee of US$25 is applicable to all refunds.
