Exhibitors are requested to arrange booth payment by wire transfer. Booth will be assigned once the payment is settled and the payment record is sent to the APAIE Secretariat.

- Cancellation of a booth booking must be made in writing to the APAIE Secretariat on or before 31 December 2012.
- Cancellations are subject to a 50% penalty of the total rental for the exhibit booth. Thereafter, the full amount will be charged.
- A processing fee of US$25 is applicable to all refunds.
