Merchandise
Pens (US$5,000)SOLD
Maximise your organisation’s visibility by sponsoring the conference pens which are provided to all conference delegates. Your logo will be printed on the pens.
Name badge holders (US$5,000)SOLD
Every conference delegate will carry a name badge holder. Your name and/or logo will be printed on the badge holder.
Writing pads (US$5,000) SOLD
A writing pad with your logo printed on the front cover will come in handy when conference delegates attend sessions or engage in meetings.
Student assistant t-shirts (US$5,000) SOLD
Put your logo on the back of the t-shirts worn by all the student assistants during the conference. The students will be assigned at various locations at the conference to handle enquiries and hence your logo will be seen in all parts of the conference venue.
Internet corner (US$5,000)SOLD
Receive high visibility by putting your logo on signage at the Internet corner. A tailor-made message for APAIE 2013 can be the wallpaper for the computers at the Internet corner. You can also provide us with mouse pads printed with your logo to enhance brand awareness.
Conference bags (US$10,000)SOLD
All conference delegates will be provided with a conference bag. All conference information and sponsors’ flyer will be inserted into the bag. By having your logo on the bag, you will gain visibility during and after the conference.
Events
Coffee break (US$5,000 each, 4 available)
As a coffee break sponsor, you have the opportunity to display your name/logo in the following ways:
- Name stands on each food station and mushroom table
- Opportunity to decorate dessert cakes with your logo*
Networking lunch (US$8,000 each, 2 available)
As a networking lunch sponsor, you have the opportunity to display your name/logo in the following ways:
- Pull-up banners in the lunch area
- Name stands on each food station and mushroom table
- Chocolate tag with your logo placed on dessert cakes*
You will be recognised as a Silver Sponsor upon sponsoring any merchandise/event!
Sponsor more than one merchandise and you will be upgraded to:
- Gold for your total sponsorship amount at US$10,000+
- Platinum for your total sponsorship amount at US$15,000+
- Diamond for your total sponsorship amount at US$25,000+
