Sign Up

The APAIE Membership is valid for one year. When you sign up, your membership will last until the end of that year's APAIE Conference. When you sign up for the APAIE Membership, you will receive the membership code number. The code number will allow you to sign up for the conference once. If you have missed that year's conference, you will be able to use that code to get the discount for the next APAIE Conference.

Individual Membership
Individual membership is based upon on an individual not specifically attached to an organization.

Non-Profit Institutional Membership
Institutional membership is based upon individuals representing a Non-Profit organization. Two individuals from the organisation receive membership fee waiver and the APAIE Marketing Program will be provided for the organization.

Profit Institutional Membership
Institutional membership is based upon individuals representing a Profit organization. Two individuals from the organization receive membership fee waiver and the APAIE Marketing Program will be provided for the organization.

Membership Registration

Individual Membership

Please provide your details on the form from the above registration link and then select "Individual Membership" from the registration options on the second page.

Institutional Memberships (Non-Profit and Profit)

As there are two individual memberships included in each of these membership types please:

  1. Insert the details of the first membership person on the linked page;

  2. Select the number "2" from the Number of Registrants drop down box at the bottom of the linked page;

  3. Select the appropriate Institutional Membership option on the second page;

  4. Insert the details of the second membership person; and

  5. Select the appropriate Second Membership option.

Payments and Tax Invoice

You may pay by Credit Card (Visa or MasterCard).

  • Credit Card payments are processed via our secure gateway.
  • After you press 'Submit' click on the link created to print your Tax Invoice.
  • Your credit card statement will show a debit for this registration to "Conference Online Pty Ltd".

Membership Cancellation Policy

Membership cancellations will not be accepted unless made in writing to the APAIE Office.

Refund Processing:

A refund processing fee of $25.00 is payable for all credit card refunds requested and processed by Conference Online.
