The New APAIE website has been published and more than 60 different countries have visited the APAIE website within 20 days. Having your banner advertisement on the APAIE website will provide an opportunity to build recognition and share identity among international educators and professional from all over the world.
Configuration
The APAIE website advertisement is a vertical banner (125 x 240px), which is placed on the right side of the web page. The sample banner is demonstrated on the right side of this page.

- 6 months = 10% discount
- After 6 months = 15% discount for 1 year
Website page views
An average of 140 users visit APAIE website each day but closer to the conference date is the peak period. Your advertisement will be seen at every page while the APAIE website is open. When you have your advertisement up on the APAIE website, you will receive the APAIE website views records.
File Submission Guide
- Files may be uploaded to our FTP via Submission Form.
- Files must be submitted in either .JPG or .GIF formats and RGB color. The advertisement should be formatted for the exact size (125 x 240px). For Web Advertisements, be sure that URL link must be included in submission form.
- Other formats can only be accepted by preapproval from APAIE. Please contact gracek@apaie.org for details.

New Advertisers must prepay for the first order. Please make a wire transfer to Hana Bank (Information shown above at payment method).
Cancellation policy
Any advertisement cancellations must be received prior to the closing date. If space is canceled after the deadline or not canceled at all, or materials are received too late to be used, the advertiser will charged for the insertion.
Terms and Agreements
- It is assumed that advertisers have read the rate shown on website and agree to its conditions without any further contract or notice.
- APAIE reserves the right to review and consider rejection of any advertising.
- The advertiser and agency assume liability for all content, including text and illustrations of advertising published.
- All advertising copy that might be mistaken for an article, commentary, or other non-advertising material must be clearly marked "advertisement." APAIE reserves the right to so mark all ad materials.
- APAIE shall be under no liability for its failure, for any cause, to insert an advertisement.
- Charges for changes from original layout and copy will be based on current composition rates.
