The 2 nd Steering Committee held in Singapore , 15-17 October 2006

The second APAIE Steering Committee meeting was held at National University of Singapore, 16 ~ 17 October 2006.

National University of Singapore hosted this preparatory meeting on their campus as they are the host of 2 nd conference to be held in next March. The meeting was attended by all 5 SC members: Prof. Doo-Hee LEE, President; Mr. Thomas WU, Vice President for Administration; Prof. Ah Choy LIEW, Vice President for Conference Planning; Dr. Edgar PORTER; and Dr. Christopher TREMEWAN. Ms. Jeongmin LEE of the Secretariat and Ms. Denise CHUA, Ms. Francisca SIOW, and Mr. Mack Kok Kit of National University of Singapore also attended the meeting as ex-officio.

Some conference related matters, such as programs and conference planning; received bids for 2008 conference host; and other organizational matters are disucssed.
